A lovely project to make a little girl's reversible pinafore dress. Ages 2-6 yrs.
You will learn to -
Join side seams
'Bag out the neck and armholes' and grade the curved seamsto allow a smooth curve.
Add a decorative top stitch to neck and armholes.
Apply a hem binding correctly.
Make buttonholes.
Materials needed:
70cm main fabric (maybe needlecord).
70cm contrast cotton.
1.20m x 3cm matching bias binding.
Matching thread.
2 buttons.
